Without "rainbows protection" or "positive plane protection", visitors will experience the stunning effect of a "color spray", each round. Very poor visibility because of the lovely rainbows. Visitors will be permanently blinded in one turn unless each brings "darkness" or special sunglasses. There is no normal air here. The Tower of Prismatic Ice is a refuge at the border of the positive energy plane.

is a symbol of God's promise of mercy. Some mystics
report the divine vision as being full of brilliant colors.
Rainbow ministers are peacemakers.
They get a bonus of +2 on reaction from all decent folk.
