Visitors move by swimming, or choosing a direction to fall. Water genies are preposterous egotists. Water elementals are a bland, easy-going lot. Elementals from this plane excel at sinking ships. Elemental servants from this plane excel at nautical havoc, and all missions in deep water. Waterweirds are psychotic killers. Tritons and nereids are pleasant and helpful.
