Malignant fibrous histiocytoma.

This is a photomicrograph of the most common soft tissue sarcoma. Leave the diagnosis of soft tissue tumors to the pathologists. These cells look spindly like fibroblasts. The cells themselves proved to be macrophages instead, derived from the circulating monocytes of the blood. The deeper in the tissue that a "MFH" arises, the more aggressive it usually is.
