Osteosarcoma.

The pink material in the center of the picture is non-mineralized bone that is being produced by the surrounding cancer cells. This gives us the diagnosis of osteosarcoma. The cancer cells exhibit pleomorphism (irregular and odd in size and shape). Note the osteocytes (lacunar cells) located in the pink material; thet are the cells that are surrounded by a white halo.
